Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

1. Introduction
BLUESHIFT.CC is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its clients and users, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy describes how we collect, use, process and protect the personal data of our clients and users.
2. Collection of Personal Data
We collect the personal data needed to provide our services, including but not limited to name, email address, home address, phone number and other information relevant to the provision of audit, compliance, LGPD governance and asset management services.
3. Use of Personal Data
- Providing and improving our services;
- Responding to client requests and questions;
- Complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
- Carrying out audits and compliance activities;
- Communicating updates, new products or services, and special offers.
4. Data Sharing
We undertake not to share our clients' personal data with third parties, except when necessary to provide the contracted services, or when required by law or regulation. All third parties with whom we share personal data are carefully selected and bound to protect the data to the same extent we do.
5. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include, among others, encryption, access control and regular security audits.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
- Access their personal data;
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD;
- Request the portability of their data to another service or product provider, upon express request;
- Delete personal data processed with the data subject's consent;
- Obtain information about the public or private entities with which we share their data;
- Revoke consent at any time, in which case we undertake to stop processing the data.
